Terms
Playing Spanda.
This is an interim summary. A full, lawyer-reviewed terms of service is being prepared; this page will be replaced by it.
What Spanda is: a private guessing game for close friends. It is for fun and curiosity. It is not a diagnostic, medical, therapeutic, or advice tool. Telepathy has not been established scientifically, and Spanda does not claim it is real.
No guarantees: the score shows right guesses next to what random picking would get. It is a game score, not evidence of telepathy or a prediction of the future.
Fair play: a hash commitment seals who sent each poke before the guess. A changed answer would not match the published fingerprint. Guesses lock before the reveal. Do not attempt to tamper with or game the rounds.
Payments: A Host upgrade is coming to the iPhone app, and its terms will be published here before it goes on sale.
